By purchasing or commissioning artwork from my studio, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

Saida Sheldrick Studio specializes in handmade artworks, including wood sculptures, ceramics, collages, and paintings. Each piece is unique, and natural variations are inherent to the creative process.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other options provided at checkout).

  • For custom commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

  • Failure to pay the final balance for commissions within 14 days of completion may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Shipping costs vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

  • While every effort is made to ensure safe packaging, Saida Sheldrick Studio is not responsible for damages incurred during transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final, except in cases of damage during transit or a defect.

  • Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable.

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must notify me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for review. If approved, a replacement or store credit may be issued.

  • Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for non-custom items.

5. Custom & Commissioned Work

  • Commissions are accepted based on availability and artist discretion.

  • Estimated completion times will be discussed prior to starting but may vary due to the nature of artistic work.

  • The artist retains full creative control while incorporating client requests.

  • No exact replicas of previous works will be made, ensuring every piece remains unique.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All artworks, designs, and images remain the intellectual property of Saida Sheldrick Studio.

  • Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute purchased artwork for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

  • Saida Sheldrick Studio retains the right to display and promote images of sold or commissioned work for marketing purposes.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Any personal information provided during purchase (e.g., name, email, address) will only be used for order processing and communication purposes.

  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • The most current version will always be available on my website.
